Order Placement

  • Order can be placed only through our online portal.
  • Orders once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders once placed cannot be redirected to any address other than the address mentioned at the time of order placement.

  • Select a product with specific size and click to Add to Cart Button.
  • After Add to Cart, click on View Cart and Proceed to Checkout.
  • If a customer is already signed in, then the customer only needs to select the preferred payment method. If a new user, then customer need to fill the checkout form and select the payment method.
  • After selecting the payment method, click on Place Order and customer will receive a confirmation mail and message.
  • We will be happy to ship you the product/s if the pin code you have selected is serviceable by our courier partners The Company is only liable to replace the good delivered if the same has been damaged in transit and shall have no liability to replace products that have been damaged after delivery. The Company may at its sole discretion determine the circumstances in which it shall allow such exchange or replacement.
  • We accept Master/Visa credit cards and all major Debit Cards. We also have an option of net banking for our customers. Please note that the use of such payment options is governed by the terms and conditions of these third party payment partners and the Company shall in no way be liable for any grievances arising from or against these third parties. When you access these websites you are leaving the Company website and any data or details provided therein shall be governed by policies of these third party websites.
  • Once the order is placed you will receive a CONFIRMATION email and message. We endeavour to dispatch your order within the time frame mentioned which may vary as per the availability of the product and the area of delivery from our warehouse and will keep you informed at every step. You can also track your order through our website from ‘My Account’ section. It sometimes takes up to 24 hours for the tracking to be updated after an order is handed over to the delivery service provider. The Company shall not be liable for any delay beyond the stipulated period due to any force majeure events i.e. for any occurrences beyond its control.
  • Though we would love to deliver you your purchase every time you order from us but sometimes due to product failing quality checks at our end we would be forced to cancel your order. In such cases, subject to Company policies, a full refund will be issued.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • The Customers of The Uomo Co can exchange the article purchased by intimating the Customer care within 48 hours from receipt of the article. The article being exchanged will only be accepted back by The Uomo Co if the same is in the original packaging, unused, unwashed and undamaged (by the customer) and all tags are attached to the article. The article will not be accepted back by The Uomo Co if any of the above requirements are not met.
  • In case of a damaged product is dispatched to your location, in such rare cases, we apologize for the same but we would require you to please notify us within 48 hours of receipt along with necessary evidence of the same We might request you to share a photograph of the damaged product at care@dapperup.co along with your order number.

  • There will be no return policy available to a customer for products which are sold either free, on promotion, as a gift, discounted and / or purchased during sales unless they are damaged on or before delivery, in such case The Uomo Co needs to be intimated within 48 hours of receipt along with necessary evidence of the same We might request you to share a photograph of the damaged product at care@dapperup.co along with your order number.
  • The Customers of the Uomo Co can notify us of any receipt of a/an damaged/ defective product/service within 48 hours of your order reaching you. If you fail to do so within 48 hours, the Uomo Co shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
  • The Uomo Co will exchange a product wrongly ordered by the customer where the wrongly ordered product is returned at the customer’s own cost including redelivery.


Pricing Policy

  • There are a number of factors that determine a product's price. Prices and discounts are predefined for certain products in accordance with the guidelines. Any change in brand’s price shall be reflected on our website. You may see certain products may be available at different prices at the same time. We are not liable for any differential charges and the pricing is at the sole discretion of the Company. We may regularly launch sales and promotional campaigns for our customers, where the prices may appear different for that period of time. Once the campaign is over the prices maybe either restored back or may change again.


Payment Terms

  • When you shop with us you can conveniently keep all your worries and concerns behind. We strive to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience to our customers. To make sure that our customers’ shopping experience is private, safe and secure, all Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking transactions are processed using a secure encrypted connection to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. However, third party website policies and terms and conditions apply and the Company will not be liable for the same. Card Details are never stored with us and hence you will be asked for your card details each time you make a purchase. We do not collect or store your credit card information. If you suspect any such thing, it will be advisable to report this to your bank immediately.
  • Tax is levied on the sale of any commodity, which here represents GST (Goods and Service Tax). The tax is collected and deposited by The Uomo Co to the relevant government authorities.
  • In case your card/bank is debited and no order is placed, there is no need to panic. We request you to please check your bank/credit card account, as if the money is debited on a failed transaction; it will be credited back into your account within 5-10 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won’t be able to expedite this. Please contact your bank for updates. If the transaction is successful and the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 7 days of your request.
  • Any Custom charges that may occur for international deliveries or transaction fees that may be charged by the bank for payments made in different currencies, The Uomo Co reserves the right to adjust any prices or shipping amounts at any time without notice.


Delivery Policy

  • At present we deliver across India.
  • Delivery charges shall be applicable depending on whether the order is placed as a Standard Delivery Order or a Priority Delivery Order.
  • Applicable delivery charges will be levied : Rs 50 on standard and Rs 100 on priority.
  • Delivery charges shall not be refunded in case of a return of product.
  • Products once placed will be delivered within 2- 5 business days for Standard delivery and 1 – 3 business days for Priority shipping from the day an order is placed.
  • Orders placed after 4 p.m. on any day shall be considered as orders placed on the next day.
  • International deliveries shall be chargeable as per actuals and will be intimated at the time of confirming the order by The Uomo Co via email process and not regular order process. International orders to be placed via email only and not as regular orders.
  • In case your Pincode is not accepted at Checkout, please contact us, we will do our best to service your order.
  • Please see the shipping time per individual product. The Company is not liable for any delay due to Force Majeure events.
  • Actual delivery timelines could vary usually based on the delivery address and during peak shipping periods. In case your Pincode is not accepted at Checkout, please contact us, we will do our best to service your order.
  • Delivery service providers will make three attempts to deliver before the product will be returned to our warehouse. After this it may be re-dispatched as per customer’s request or as per delivery partner policies.
  • Each order can be shipped only to a single address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders mentioning the location of delivery accordingly.
  • For your convenience, we do not require your signature upon receipt but for security and insurance however, all orders do require a signature upon receipt. We understand you may not be available at the time of delivery in which case a signature by anyone taking delivery on your behalf is acceptable. Please note however that you are responsible for all packages signed by anyone in lieu of you.

  • To place an order using the vouchers etc. you may simply add product/s to your cart and checkout using the coupon code.
  • Each voucher / Promo code / Coupon can be used only once and is non- refundable.
  • These vouchers are limited-time promotions and their validity will be specified accordingly.
  • The terms and conditions will vary with promotions/offers and will be specified during the promotion campaign.
